Mr. Galeotos has also served as CEO of Strategic Distribution Cendant, CEO/President & COO of Cheaptickets Inc., Co-CEO of Worldspan Travel Information Systems and has held leadership positions at Delta Airlines and DatasLink Business Systems.

Mr. Kmetz founded and developed IDES, a technology company that created a specialized search engine utilized by raw material users. Mr. Kmetz sold IDES to UL in 2012.
