Optimize storage costs and protect your critical enterprise data with the gBlock® Cloud for primary cloud storage, archival cloud storage, and everything in between.
Green House Data offers four cloud-block storage levels, as well as NAS file storage to meet your performance needs. Centralized storage management provides high-speed network access to company data from any location, and users can access data from a variety of devices and platforms.
High-end storage options include solid state drives (SSD) for top performance and rapid access to data even with large-scale deployments like enterprise virtual desktops. High I/O fibre channel arrays provide the storage backbone.
As our company has continued to grow exponentially, Green House Data has always come through with the infrastructure and support to keep us running.Cook Security Group
gBlock Storage is designed to meet specific IOPS performance levels. All block storage types are RAID configured and accessed via fiber channel. Block storage is fast no matter what IOPS level you choose, with speeds that are four to eight times faster than a mechanical hard disk.
At-rest encryption is available for all gBlock storage levels on request.
gBlock 4000 is recommended for infrastructure deployments that include VDI, trading systems, modeling, real-time data or feed processing, contextual web advertising, currency exchange and arbitrage, or ultra high-performance databases.
gBlock 2000 is recommended for deploying high-performance databases, high-performance Microsoft Exchange, file servers with frequent access, research data, high-transaction web servers, content delivery, or Microsoft SharePoint.
gBlock 1000 is recommended for custom app servers, quality assurance servers, low access file servers, lower performance research data, and some types of web servers.
gBlock 500 is primarily for long-term archival storage that is accessed less often.
